'cbuontempo'? sorry but, none of that you've stated is true in the manner implied!

This is NOT a scam.
Capital One was only sending a "General Warning" to ALL pinksheet stocks that were experiencing a slump.

They didn't specifically select AFPW, they merely request a list in which AFPW was included solely as the results of their trading trend, collected along with tone of other stocks.


Which, by the way, is a testament to how poorly the SEC and all the other associated entities are doing their job throughout the whole time for that list to get as large under their watch, to begin with!

Therefore, if this was a scam, don't you think all those other entities would've known this as well?

and would've since terminated this and other stocks long ago, rather than to "knowingly" allow them to remain to commit monetary harm that said entities are policed in position to prevent?
