If they are, they are not doing a very good job in response: present detailed AE data rather than vague statements everyone has to interpret what they mean.

I agree completely they are not good about clear reporting of AEs. But I would suggest that it is a weird blindspot - i.e. that chart I tweeted out several days ago is, literally, self-contradictory (which is a pretty good indication IMO of a blindspot). They literally can't even see it. But aside from that, and some oddities like having a soft-spot for GCGR, they are more public (i.e. they publish a LOT) and more responsive than 90% of the companies I deal with.
