Here in Las Vegas we have many Quest Diagnostic clinics. The first one I went to years ago the nurse jammed the needle in. I can stand it but I don't have to like it. I went back the next week and got a different nurse. Jammed. Went back the next week and got a third nurse: jammed. To hell with that bunch, went to a different Quest next week and the sweet young lady 'slipped' the needle in and I fell in love. Been using that Quest since, for years, and they treat me right. I'm happy. And they each got a three pound (!) box of chocs from me for Christmas. Fair is fair. They were delighted, I am every week.
