On discontinued operations? How the bejeesus?? The company lists total assets of just over $2 million, the only property they own is HQ in Thorold which is in default, and apparently the sale fell through.
Creditors now charging 15% on $$12 million$$ in accumulated debt since they've ceased operations and essentially liquidated.
If they ever sell the defaulted property, things will get REAL quiet around here. :D"
