I emailed the company and they said they wont be 8k the certification. They said it is not a material event.

The 8K they did issue wasn't a material event either, so why did they issue it?

Maybe it had something to do with the hundreds of millions of private placement stock that began coming off restriction a few days before? Did you see the 25 million shares traded that day and the next and how the price stayed flat (and now lower) than it was when they announced the greatest "news" in the company's history?

Pump-and-dump scams don't get any more obvious than this one.
