I picked ALR in the charity contest for the re-allocation vig. ABT and ALR signed a deal in Feb 2016 for ABT to acquire ALR at $56/sh in cash (#msg-120217001).

Since then, the deal has become enmeshed in litigation. By picking ALR, I'm betting that ABT will end up acquiring ALR after all, although it will likely be at a reduced price.
