I agree! I like to mix a little fundamentals in with technical. I'm actually more of a tech trader than anything. This has qualities for both!
Let's just say I did some real homework. Not just looking at paperwork. I had friends in Florida check out the company before I even got in when they announced reverse merger to see what the shell looked like. And it was an actually company just not a shell. So call it a reverse merger and I'll call it high opportunity.
