I have to agree, it makes no sense to hold UVXY at all - ever. Even if it doubles or triples with a VIX spike, it barely makes up for the decay while you wait for the spike to show up.

So it's just another proof that it's simply moronic to hold UVXY and yet is makes sense to buy and hold SVXY when everyone's screaming "the world is gonna end".

As for SVXY, no one's screaming that (well, the markets aren't anyway) and so right now SVXY is too dangerous for my blood. But I'll be looking real hard at picking some SVXY up next time the world "ends".
