$25M revenue company... whatever penalty or any fees is peanut...
Also I think it is important for companies to NOT waste money, why waste money on penalties if it could have been avoided?
Guess ORRV was NOT doing anything, thus no financials filed, but it didn't even find it important enough to file with NV SOS... a very easy thing to do...
