Agreement between HP and LCLP.

With a 4% royalty for hardware and 10% for other, it looks like LCLP will need to generate close to 2M in sales of goods and services to make their $84K minimum payment to HP for the 1st quarter of this calendar year.


If they achieve that, the share price should take off.

Maintaining adequate operating capital to produce the quantities necessary to achieve this will be the determining factor. The onus is squarely upon LCLP but I do not think HP would have entered into this agreement without some belief that LCLP could hit their targets.

I am cautiously optimistic. This first quarter may make or break this company. If we read this right, we could stand to make some serious money IMO.
