There is a difference between working on a COMPANY and working on a PRODUCT. It took 2 years from the time Microsoft hired the programmers (1981) until they released the first version of Word (1983). I've got 25 years experience as a software engineer and I know what it takes to build that email template capability and it shouldn't take as long as this company has taken. It took Facebook 2.5 years to roll out its software to the world and 12 years later it has billion users. This company should be further down the pike for having a product that has good potential prospects.
