tested my ability to delete messages here. deleted the last message. hadn't planned too, but this flaking rigamorole that is my android tablet refuses to play nice. so it posted and i toasted. messgae 73 has been sent into the ethereal dimness of the past.
fact is, progress is just the exchanging of one problem for another. a more complex one at that. i was just as efficient -- i made a lot less mistakes, such as hitting the wrong keys. or touching the screen and having it react as though i touched it someplace because it didn't finish or refresh properly -- when my portable notebook was a loose leafbinder, and a pen, pencil and eraser were the tools of my trade.
:sigh: the kind of problems i have today could not have existed when i went to college a mere lifetime ago.
same holds true for trading. yuck!
and by the way, is this a 'new' year? or a 'knew' year? already has a familiar feel to it.
maybe MEDH will change some of that for my sleeping port. i'm always looking for a chance to spliff up my car.
