And that is all BULLSHIT until Jerry files a new Form 10 or S-1 filing with the SEC.

And guess what? He would still have to disclose the fraud he attempted to hide by not filing which is why XNRG got REVOKED in the first place.

Think it is all over yet regarding that fraud?

I certainly hope not. People need to be held accountable for their fraudulent actions.
