Rmarc.. I would beg to differ .. the shell creation group from what I understand had direct ties to Shareholders and legal groups representing ATKJ .. Additionally, If you believe everything you are being spoonfed then you need to talk directly to those that refused funding etc. Lastly, can you tell me just one vehicle besides a settlement that will never happen that blows up the Appeal and rules totally in Favor of HTDS prior to the Verbal Arguments ? .. I did not think you would have an answer for that one .. but my DD has found several ...
