Magnum not really sure about the answer to your question. My thought is it is material and they can not sit on news for long. However, until all the t's are crossed is it really news? But then again they announced other news as things were being worked out. Just not sure.

PS Patience is required as a good look at WW's history(bio) is certainly a good indication of the future.
