I'm not disputing what you say.

But, I do think - IF- it can be proven that PP and/or IMSC management colluded to forgo the pursuit of improved financing, then all financing should be questioned.
If BAM is 60% owned/controlled by PP (as someone said), that is even more reason to hold those funds in escrow until all the information comes out. Maybe we should get recovery of some of those gross interest charges if we were forced to pay them because the lender and management had a deal behind the scenes that prevented us from getting improved financing. Just a thought.

I recognize this is speculative and we're waiting on certain things to be proven. But, I wish we had waited to get those answers before the court released funds. As someone else said, it's likely that money will be long gone if we have to try and sue to get portions back after the fact.
