I speculate,... the he is selling because he has been in it for eight years alresdy. He is the person that started this online general Idea, and there are many online company's getting into the game, including Gameznflix that also does games, amunst other things like TV channels. My speculation is that he wants to sell the company and let someone else deal with it.
At 3,???,??? shares he had as direct put him approx. 88 mil. his indirect shares should bring close to the same, as long as price stays close. Then SELLING the Company would bring a few hunfred mill. That could put approx 4 to 5 hundred mill for retirement. I believe that Netflix will stay one the upper leaders in the market, But I think he has done his math.
