Yes, I believe the pharmaceuticals was a factor also. It seems like all companies across an array of industries are being negatively impacted by counterfeits.
So there is staff there now from pharma, food products, beauty, supplements, fibers, and US govt.
I think that pretty well covers it.
Now for a BIG FAT contract to pay for it all.
I agree with McSharkey. Get on the phone, internet or contact board members however you can and specifically ask if the options were related to contracts, new business etc. the answer cannot violate the dark period. We all know such year e d bonuses have to be based on performance . What specifically was this performance since it would be based on fye 9/30/16.
Bonuses are never based on unknowns in any company I ever managed.
