Hence the importance of the Mandamus motion ruling and Sweeney's judgement...

BUT you can see why the Mandamus ruling may come after the 20th because it IS the sitting adminstration's decision how to react to the Mandamus and Sweeney rulings -- i.e. the Trump administration can accept them AND THEN release all the documents, plus 10,000 more, after a review that shows all were equally wrongly taken to be covered by priveldges.

Once those docs come out watch for a BIG media push on the misdeeds of the Obama administration revealed by the docs -- which we know are very real...

THEN those same docs go to the Appeals Court... guess what kind of ruling you might get there when that court has been waiting patiently for those materials?

Going to be an interesting two months in January and February. It is, IMHO, really good Trump is taking this issue on early, since right now the Republican house cannot stand up to him. In two years? Who knows...
