oh jesus the latest 10k is a disaster. massive convertible debt and they burn 3 million a year. 3 (!) million. give me a break. where does that money come from? ah convertible debt right. give me a break.

even if they ever build one of these things on a mw scale the money mainly goes to those who do the financing.
