Three promised filings that we never saw this year. Rufus knows how to string people along though, they've forgotten about the 10-k for now and Rufus now knows all he needs to do in the future is add another $10 to the reset price to keep everyone happy.
The following statement from last night's PR suggests the filing and the audit have not even begun yet.

"The exact number will be disclosed in the SEC filings," stated Rufus Paul Harris, CEO."
