The results of the financial audit became the 15c2-11 Information Statement released on Sep 26 2005.

Reading that statement, note that its structure, organization and scope of reporting is almost identical to a 10SB as opposed to nearly all other far more limited 15c2-11s. The company's decision to not file a 10SB was economic as management decided that limited funds at the time would be best used for research and development rather than preparing and filing a quarterly reports as well as all the filings required of a reporting company to remain fully reporting. The funds that would have been spent on quarterly reports have since been spent on a number of studies that have yeilded amazing results.

Filing a 10-SB at that time would have required the company to publish details that would have been counter to shareholder and its own best interests.
