A few questions on CEO..

1) It looks like Domain Surgical competed in the tissue cutting & coagulation (a space where Ethicon plays heavily). It was an interesting move to sell Domain to OmniGuide - I wonder if Ethicon looked at it and if he has any connections there...
1a) I also wonder if he turned them into a major player in the market or if they struggled to get traction. This is important because Titan will be the small player compared to ISRG just like Domain was against Ethicon.
2) Can't find any initial information on what he sold the company for as it relates to a multiplier of revenue. Anyone know?
