Yes Trkk can construct or sell a ground station for Gsat, and they have a past/current relationship. Trkk currently receives free airtime from Gsat in exchange for trkk paying for some of the appliques that run the simplex data that was installed on the gsat network in 2005. The freebies run for the life of the first gen gsat network.

If Trkk can sell/build a Globalstar ground station it will receive 10000 more free simplex and "duplex" airtime for a longer time.
