Not true. I've been "promoting" this stock since I bought it at $0.06...
Just send out "reminders" every month or so for people to load before Quarter 2.

Being saying from the start I think this will be BIG into 2017. Not in January, but more like mid-2017.
I'm 99% sure any statement of mine about OWCP is still as true today as it was when I made it then. I don't lie or deceit for profits.
