There is also the qualitative data that nearly all patients in the Prurisol arms expressed having experienced relief from itching even at the lowest dose.

Seems that for both ITT and PP patients there are plotpoints showing (dose dependent) increased efficacy at 8 weeks, although at 12 weeks the placebo group closed the response gap between it and 100mg. The PD data also supports dose dependent response as shown in the 3 arms, including key activity even at 50mg.
