I know this cracks me up. Investors act like shakeouts don't happen right before big news and moves. Happens almost 90% of the time in OTC and you'll see if maybe 60-70% in NYSE and Nasdaq.
Going current in OTC land IS a HUGE deal. Even if this doesn't pop immediately it should hold a support lvl. .0003's are a gift from the gods.
