I checked with D Weckstein and Co. -spoke to D Weckstein PERSONALLY Today
HE is no longer in business and closed 6/16. He stated that he originally
filed the 211 and then closed business -"removing him as a MM. He never had any transactions with the CO. and said there was nothing there.
I checked with FINRA and that was correct -that he NO LONGER is registered with FINRA and not considered a viable MM as of 6/16. He further checked the OTC board for me and said they have NO MM and are not in the system .
Their shares are only traded as "unsolicited "(not him we know this already) and not part of the system.
He told me that means they are trading unregistered stock and if there is nothing there to substantiate it -THAT IS ILLEGAL . He NEVER had anything to do with their stock and withdrew before any trading . THIS GENTLEMAN
was a LONG time Trader based out of NY -PARK AVE OFFICE -He is retired
