I used to have a good handle on what was coming, but now they are being more tight lipped and talking about a few different things. At one point, a reverse merger was being explored and maybe it still is. They are posting some notifications and cleaning up. There are actually less shares outstanding in csng than a lot of these high flying china stocks. That .40 cent valuation was based off of what was to come.................if they get it or something similar. This will be on the record list.
