When you say move closer to Titan do you mean have an office next to Randall? As much as I like the idea of having him with the "team" there really is no "team" in Toronto. Hopefully he'll be on the road a lot meeting with potential investors and/or partners. Being an engineer and surgical device inventor he will be able to talk the talk with the Ximedica and Plexus developers. That is something that was severely lacking in the company and may have cost us in the past.
He also needs to rid the company of dead weight which at the very least is to relieve Rieza of his duties as President, complete waste.
I think Barker picked a guy that checks all the boxes and even some we didn't expect.
