good morning bernard they cut me off from posting i guess they monitor new posters for liability or ??? who knows.First of all thanks for all the info. you have provided this board. You answered many of my questions without even asking now ill answer some you have asked me.I started investing in vhub when the price was near .04 in 2014.The reason i bought into vhub was because as i noticed the kids 25-40 year olds, smoking the e-cigs and other strange container things it sparked my interest. So as i studied approx. 15 vapor companies and i settled on vhub after speaking to the c.e.o and knowing we have an honest person in charge of this co[after i have been lied to many times by numerous c.e.o.s].. plus i love mom and pop or family orientated stocks. You nailed the question i had with the section 6.1 collection of fees.I had read that only once so i now understand it.If as i mentioned ply is looking for a reverse merger we will make out a lot better than taking vhub private is my belief which brings about a very interesting question to the board,Lets say we hit .10 today[which i dont think we will come near],and you sell your shares, then comes the news about getting 5 shares for every one you hold with a total company valuation[ply] of 200 mil. dollars valued through the reverse merger at 2.00 a share ?? thats what i am concerned with more than any other evaluation. Also all shareholders should put your shares for sale[at least what u know you are not going to sell] for sale at a high price so the shorts can not borrow your shares.Kinda lock them up for safe measures. Thanks for any and all info.....
