rmarc .. besides your correct posting .. ATKJ was put together by a shell creation group that is under investigation ..additionally no one is going to fund this until it is resolved period in the Appeals Court... I have reason to believe based on my DD of documents .. that there is a very good chance this never even gets to the Appeals Court for a reversal and is done PRIOR to such date in Dec of 2006 .... did you read HURLEY .. did you read the words FRAUD ?
