To be fair, the CEO promised lots of things. However, when a ticker traded over 66 million shares in the last trading session is not when a reverse split is necessary. If the volume goes back to zero and stays there, that is when one should worry about a reverse split.

If Adrian continues to execute additional milestones, the volume should continue to be at least non zero which provides the necessary opportunity for dilution to fund the reboot of the business.
