Go to evergreen underwriting groups website and look at the change of ownership notice. It states:

CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP NOTICE: Recently Evergreen Underwriting Group Inc., was acquired by McCusker Holding Corp (NASDAQ) ORRV for more information please visit http://www.mccuskerco.com. Customers and agreement holders will be notified by McCusker Holding Corp Investor Relations & Legal Dept offices.

Looks like the RM is a done deal!
