Stop talking about pump and Dump schemes. Businesses do stuff like this all the time. Sure, it's wise to be cautious when it comes a merger/acquisition. That's normal. But to start saying pump and Dump is simply absurd. I think your way if thinking is biased towards that past event. Seriously, if you're scared of pump and Dump schemes like this, what are you doing trading penny stocks? Also, aren't you an investor!?!
