I think it would be sweet if after the merger went through they would use their newfound control to create and issue some super-voting control shares to themselves (Say 10mil 100:1 voters) then cancel most if not all of the restricted shares issued in the takeover. This thing would look EVEN better with 900mil O/S the way the float acts right now
