Yes....you were. But no Kudos. It was (or should have been) obvious to everybody. He was out of shares with no revenue, no assets to sell, and no more Toxic lenders would touch him without shares to give them.

There was, however, Ussello and his friends denying it the whole time....and if we can't believe a scammer, who can we believe? And of course, part of that is Ussello and his associates attacking anybody telling the truth, obvious as it should be.
