1) When you purchase shares of DNAX from a broker, it does not benefit the company at all. Shares from a broker have already been sold by DNA and DNA receives nothing when those same shares are sold again.

Taking 20 grand or more to Adrian gives him access to cash that he does not get when you buy from a broker.

2) When you buy from a broker, you pay $0.0001 per share because that is the current market price.

When you buy straight from Adrian in sufficient quantity, he would likely let you buy for below the market price of $0.0001. He would probably give you 5 shares for the price of 4, or even 2 shares for the price of 1.

So, going straight to Adrian with a purchase of 5 figures worth of stock benefits both the share buyer and DNA beyond what is possible otherwise.
