Because the parent Mc Cusker Holding Corp", which is the merger partner for ORRV, consists of 5 COMPANIES/SUBSIDIARIES:

The 25 million dollar revenue refers ONLYto the subsidairy "Mc Cusker & Company Inc." !

But there are four other subsidiaries (and one of them, Service USA Inc. is pretty big: it has Apple, Samsung and Ford among its clients, so that subsidiary will add a lot of millions in revenues on top of that 25 mill)
