Basically any business can get involved at their own expense which is common with licensing programs...Billy Bob's Hair Care and Hydroponics, etc. Does this business model have potential? Absolutely, but having more start up locations in multiple states would have helped bolster shareholder confidence with this press release. The fact that only one store is partaking is troubling.
