Unique Pizza & Subs Corp. owns 100% of the name and intellectual property of Unique Pizza Tap House.
Unique Pizza and Subs Corp owns the Unique Pizza Tap House name and 50% of that location. Kevin owns 50% of that location and is the master franchisee in southern ca so he would collect part of the franchise fees of future stores in that area but would be responsible to sell the locations and maintain them to earn his part of the royalties. Unique Pizza & Subs Corp and Kevin's mom's names are on the lease and are the guarantees of the lease, for the Murrieta location.
Credo Ventures LLC, which is made up of 50% Unique Pizza & Subs Corp & 50% Kevin Serrano own the Unique Pizza Tap House in Murrieta CA and all of the assets, as filed in the UPZS fillings. Kevin Serrano owns the master franchise rights for Unique Pizza & Subs and Unique Pizza Tap House for Southern CA and a few other areas.
