Defendant, attorney argue legalities of gambling business in Iredell

Brian Weber thought electronic gambling games were outlawed by state lawmakers in 2014, but now he’s arguing otherwise.
“People ask me if I’m a gambler,” Weber said, after demonstrating one of his games at his Statesville location earlier this month. “Yes, I guess – I’ve been to jail twice over this. I’m fighting.”
