But I've also notice that your comment #4 contradicts comments #1, #2, #3 and #5! Whereas #4 would not likely occur in accordance to the conditions of your other comment lines!


Considering one cant squeeze water from stones, it would cost more to pursue #4 than would ever be gained by it!

Even if #4 were proceeded in spite of, then the language of the "Safe Harbor Act" by which all pinksheets companies are protected, would then become legal shield that protects them from your comment #4.
