2 questions...

#1 has Kate said she is wanting to do the financials and go reporting? Or is she already doing the financials? That takes a lot of work i would presume to bring a former stop sign company back to fully reporting no?

#2 what will it take to remove the stop sign and go to a yield sign like most of the oTC? To remove the stop sign on OTC Markets i see the stock going on a 50% run. Powerful stuff signaling to the market a company really is waking up/taking the steps.
