Fully agree w Shiloh, L3 is getting the best deal here at a fire sale price due to McGann and BL. The only other person in the board was Turmelle. Do you remember how all of the board members resigned a few months after GB was fired? And only Turmelle stayed after being convinced? This tells you a lot:
a. The ones who got out knew that some things were going wrong
b. The board structure after their departure was simply unacceptable according to law. No independent directors, no committees. Etc.
McGann and BL are the ones to blame here. Everyone knows that PP has done criminal stuff but what about th facilitation from inside? I always questioned that PP has never been an outsider even at Glenn's time. They always traded on inside info here. There should be a lot of proofs of that.
