Shareholder's Meeting taking place at House of Blues in Dallas, TX.. Over 50 have RSVP'd so far

No idea about the venue as I'm seemingly a world away from Dallas.. Anyone's thoughts on the place? How high end? I'm assuming since it's a business meeting a suit would be the proper choice? (Haven't worn a suit in what seems like ages, kinda looking forward to it)

Never been to a pink sheet company shareholder meeting, and never thought I would so I'm a mixture of lost and curious lol
