Whose condo was he renting?

When Glenn separated from IMSC part of his settlement included use of the NYC Condo. It was a condo that IMSC was paying the rent on. From what I recall there was was something about Glenn throwing a fit. He threatened and they settled with him. I'm very sure on part of the settlement being : Use of what was describe as, IMSC's NYC Condo. At the time it seemed very fast and very quiet. Next thing I knew Bill McGann was CEO. NOT a word was said about Glenn's disappearance .. or McGann becoming CEO. This was when Platinum and its funds BAM and DMRJ slitherd in. All of a sudden Shares were being sold as fast as they vested.. No insider purchases. It seems pretty clear now but hindsight is 20-20.
