Conspiracy to commit securities fraud is a pretty serious thing to be convicted of in my opinion. It shows what some of the people involved in creating this company and others are willing to do. We had some disagreements over the documents I posted and I presented my case. All I am asking is that you clarify yours, which for some reason you seem reluctant to do.

Are you contending that the case never moved beyond the indictment or I am I interpreting your argument incorrectly?
