I read that to say they are considering acquiring a small drug company which already has candidates in the FDA pipeline.

Luchese and Gomez both come to mind as playing roles somewhere. I think they're both CEOs of small companies.

The latter is sheer speculation.

I'm sure much more is going on than anyone outside the company knows.
