Per your links i see an average of about 1M visits avrg per month both sites together actually.

How many ACTIVE user will it take to generate these hits?
Active Users hit the Page daily right, most likely multiple times, correct? some only weekly or monthly.

So you can reach these numbers with 15-20k Users easily.

per your Link ~720k visits for meinvz
and 230k visits for studivz

But first Poolworks will have to pay ~3.2 Euros + Interest... or will MMEG pay it for them as part of the Deal?
